Our courses are delivered as workshops in high quality training venues. There is a healthy mixture of demonstrations and practical exercises. You will be sitting behind a PC (that we supply) using a mock store so you can try out what you are shown - its the best way to learn and you will be doing this in a safe environment with Magento experts on hand to help you understand completely what you are doing.

Throughout the training we encourage you to bring up your own specific issues and we often have time to help you resolve these. Four intensive days where you will learn pretty much all you need to configure and run your Magento store. This is a great course for Magento novices who are in businesses where the ecommerce store is an important sales channel.

Introduction to Magento (2 Days)

Are you:

• Responsible for looking after your product catalogue?
• Taking customer orders and processing them?
• Have staff that needs to be taught the fundamentals of running a Magento ecommerce store?

This two day course will give any attendee a sound grasp of how a Magento store works and will instill confidence within the attendee to manage the store with confidence.

Advanced Magento Administration and Configuration (2 Days)
