Details
This one day self-contained course starts off by taking delegate through practical exercises to learn how to use the inbuilt content management system, the course then progresses to show the delegate how to do some very sophisticated and valuable advanced content management using static blocks and widgets
The primary aim of the course is to give the delegate knowledge to create and manage content on the Magento store. Through the practical exercise the delegate will learn the correct way to manage the content of the site making it easier to manage in the longer term ensuring the correct content can be found when required. The content management module is an important part of the overall management on the Magento online store. The course will show the delegates the simple but effective ways of creating content as well as some of the great functionality that allows for more sophisticated content placement.
Our delegates come away with confidence in their ability to create and manage content within the Magento store.
Courses are a mixture of workshops and practical exercises to ensure the delegates get maximum exposure of the Magento system during our time together. By doing this they will get to know the system really well, safe in the knowledge that they are practicing on a dummy store.
This course is perfect for those who are involved in managing the content within the online Magento store and are new to or unfamiliar with Magento. This is ideal if you have to get your staff up to speed on a new Magento store or if they have just joined the company and need training before being set free on the live store
